Welcome to Mareva Hair. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, colours, lengths, densities, cap constructions and other product details are accurate and up to date.

However, product images are provided as a guide only. Due to photography, lighting, screen settings, handmade production, supplier batches and natural hair variations, the actual product may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.

Minor differences in colour, texture, density, length, lace appearance, curl pattern or styling do not automatically mean the product is faulty.

2. Orders

By placing an order with Mareva Hair, you confirm that all information provided at checkout is true, accurate and complete.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee immediate dispatch or stock availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where there is a pricing error, stock error, payment issue, suspected fraud, supplier issue or other reasonable business reason. If this occurs, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Warehouses and Dispatch

Mareva Hair operates with multiple dispatch locations, including:

• Adelaide, South Australia

• Johannesburg, South Africa

• International warehouse

Your order may be shipped from any of these locations depending on stock availability, product type, production requirements, customer location and shipping efficiency.

The dispatch location is determined by Mareva Hair and may vary from order to order.

4. Human Hair and Made-to-Order Products

Human hair products, including wigs, toppers, clip-ins, ponytails and other human hair units, may be custom made to order unless clearly stated otherwise.

Production time is generally 14–40 business days, plus any additional processing time required for handmade production, quality control, supplier availability, public holidays or shipping delays.

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Mareva Hair.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change of mind once production has commenced, unless required by law.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or dispatch has not already commenced.

For human hair or made-to-order products, orders cancelled outside the 24-hour cancellation window may incur a 20% deduction from store credit to cover work already commenced, materials reserved, production preparation and administration costs.

Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may apply for a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colour variations may occur due to differences in phone, tablet and computer screens, lighting conditions, photography, product batches and the handmade nature of hair products.

Minor colour variation does not automatically mean the item is faulty. If you believe you have received the wrong colour or an item that does not match the description, please contact us so we can assess the issue.

7. Shipping

Shipping times, dispatch locations, delivery estimates, shipping fees and related conditions are covered under our Shipping & Handling Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Mareva Hair is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Returns

Returns, exchanges, store credit, faulty items and change-of-mind return conditions are covered under our Return Policy.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, store credit may be issued in accordance with our Return Policy. Store credit never expires.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

9. Health and Hygiene

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of wigs, toppers, hair extensions and related hair products, returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition where required under our Return Policy.

This is especially important to protect the health of our customers, many of whom may be undergoing medical treatment or experiencing medical-related hair loss.

10. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price payable is the price shown at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed by Mareva Hair.

Mareva Hair is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or payment provider fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mareva Hair website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, videos, layout and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Mareva Hair.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Mareva Hair.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mareva Hair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

Mareva Hair may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your order are the terms published on our website at the time your order is placed.

14. Governing Law

For Australian customers, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

For South African customers and international customers, additional local consumer protection laws may apply where required by law.
